Crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

These Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are perfectly seasoned and come out tender and crispy every time. We love them as a side for eggs, pancakes, or any breakfast dish.

Ingredients

– Yukon Gold potatoes – Olive oil – Salt – Ground black pepper – Paprika – Onion powder – Garlic powder

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 1

Combine the cubed potatoes with the olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl and mix until well coated.

Step 2

Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.

Step 3

Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
