Ham and Broccoli Quiche

This Ham and Broccoli Quiche starts with a flaky, pie crust base, and is loaded with ham, tender broccoli, and a cheesy egg filling.

Ingredients

– Pie crust – Butter – Yellow onion – Garlic – Fresh broccoli – Cooked ham – Gouda cheese – Eggs

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in the broccoli and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Step 1

Prepare pie crust as directed on the package for one crust using a 9-inch pie plate. Place the cooked veggies into the bottom of crust.

Step 2

Sprinkle ham over the top of the veggies. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the ham.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard together and beat well. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the quiche.
