This Ham and Broccoli Quiche starts with a flaky, pie crust base, and is loaded with ham, tender broccoli, and a cheesy egg filling.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in the broccoli and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Prepare pie crust as directed on the package for one crust using a 9-inch pie plate. Place the cooked veggies into the bottom of crust.
Sprinkle ham over the top of the veggies. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the ham.
