butter /onion/ garlic chicken broth cream of chicken soup Russet potatoes salt and pepper / milk flour / cheddar cheese
INSTANT POT LOADED POTATO SOUP
Saute onions and garlic in butter in the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add potatoes, chicken broth, soup, and spices to pot then cook over manual high pressure.
Stir milk and flour together to form a slurry then add to the pot. Cook for a few more minutes.
Stir in the cheese. Top each bowl with chopped bacon, green onions, and more cheese!
