Peach Cobbler Recipe

This Peach Cobbler Recipe is made with fresh, juicy peaches and a tender buttery crust. This classic southern dessert will have your mouth watering before it’s even out of the oven!

Ingredients

– Butter – Flour – Sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Milk – Fresh peaches – Lemon juice – Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place butter in a 13×9 inch baking dish and melt in the microwave.

Step 1

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the milk and whisk until most of the lumps are gone.

Step 2

Combine the peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a medium sized sauce pan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until top is nicely golden brown.
