Vegetarian Chili Recipe

This Vegetarian Chili is ready in 30 minutes and will blow you away with flavor! It’s delicious and comes together in one pot for an easy, healthy dinner.


– Green pepper – Onion – Garlic cloves – Olive oil – Tomatoes – Tomato sauce – Vegetable broth – Chili powder – Black beans

Heat oil in the bottom of a large soup pot or dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 1

Add green pepper, onion, and garlic and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chicken broth, and spices. Heat to boiling.

Step 3

Stir in beans, zucchini, corn, and pasta. Continue to cook over low heat until veggies and pasta are tender and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
