- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups hot water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix.
Stir in hot water and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs.
