10.5 oz yellow cake mix 3 eggs 5.1 oz vanilla instant pudding 1 3/4 cup apple juice 1 cup caramel bits or chips 2 apples peeled and sliced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, pudding mix and eggs.
Add apple juice, a little at a time and beat until well blended.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13" glass baking dish.
Top with 1 cup of caramel bits or chips.
Lay apple slices across the top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
