Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

Mississippi Chicken – if you want to make a moist and flavorful chicken dinner that does not take long to prepare, try this Mississippi Chicken recipe

It’s an easy dump and go recipe that gets rave reviews, and it tastes great over mashed potatoes or rice!

Ingredients:

– boneless skinless chicken breasts – dry ranch dressing mix – dry au jus gravy mix – unsalted butter – peperoncini peppers

Start by removing your boneless, skinless chicken breast from the package and placing it in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.

Add both the ranch and au jus packet on top of the chicken in the slow cooker. You will place the butter on top of these packets, followed by the peperoncini peppers.

Place your chicken on high for up to four hours or low for up to six hours.

Just shred the chicken with two forks and enjoy over rice or mashed potatoes.
