Glazed Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

These Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins are bursting with sweet citrus flavor, and perfect for spring! They are finished with a drizzle of lemon glaze and Honey Granules on top.


– All-purpose flour – Sugar – Poppy seeds – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt – Eggs – Greek Yogurt – Milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.

Step 1

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.

Step 3

Divide batter evenly to make 12 muffins. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
