Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are an easy and healthy side dish. Perfectly seasoned Brussels sprouts turn out crispy and tender when cooked in the air fryer, and go great with any meal!


– Olive Oil – Lemon Juice – Dried Parsley – Dried Thyme – Dried Rosemary – Salt – Ground Black Pepper – Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer

Stir the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Combine ingredients

Pour the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Step 3: Air Fry

Serve with lemon wedges and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
