Kale, Apple, & Banana Smoothie

The perfect healthy breakfast or snack, and so easy to blend together!

– large apple – banana – leaves of kale, ribs and stems removed – orange juice – ice

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Add more orange juice or ice to get desired consistency.

They are delicious, and such an easy way to get healthy, whole foods into your diet. My three year old loves them, too!
