One Bowl Banana Bread

This One Bowl Banana Bread is so easy to make. It’s moist and delicious, and comes together all in one bowl! It’s the perfect breakfast or snack, and is the best way to use up ripe bananas.

Ingredients

– Bananas – Sugar – Butter – Vanilla Extract – Eggs – All Purpose Flour – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, or grease well with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 1: Prepare pan

Mash the bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Step 2: Combine wet ingredients

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix on low speed until just combined. Don’t overmix.

Step 3: Add dry ingredients

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, or with a few crumbs.
