This Peppermint Cookie Pizza couldn't be easier to make! It only needs a few simple ingredients and makes the perfect dessert for your next holiday get-together.
Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit and spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the cookie dough onto the prepared pan, leaving about half an inch around the edge. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the dough turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before frosting.
Stir the peppermint extract into the frosting, then spread the frosting evenly on the top of the cookie pizza.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on the outer edge. Arrange the mini candy canes and soft peppermints on top of the crushed candy canes. Slice and serve.
