Tips and Notes for Peppermint Cookie Pizza
My cookie crust fell as soon as I took it out of the oven. Is that normal?
Yes, this premade cookie dough becomes very puffy when it bakes, but it will deflate slightly as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Can this be made ahead of time?
Yes, this can be made ahead of time, just leave off the peppermint toppings until right before you serve it. You can keep the frosted cookie pizza on the counter for up to three days in an airtight container.
