I love Air Fryer Fish and Chips because it’s a little bit healthier than the deep fried version you get from pubs or restaurants, but still has so much crispy, delicious flavor.
Soak the potatoes in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes, and up to 3 hours.
Spray the inside of the air fryer basket generously with cooking oil spray. Place the fries in the basket and spray the tops with more oil.
Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes. Toss, then fry again for 7 more minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
