Easy Coconut Cake Recipe

When you need a delicious dessert that everyone will love, and you don’t want it to be too complicated, this is the one!

Ingredients

– White cake mix – Eggs – Water – Vegetable oil – Coconut extract – Milk – Cream of coconut – Flaked coconut – Butter – Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs, water, coconut extract, and vegetable oil until moistened.

Step 2

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until top of cake is lightly browned.

Step 3

Remove cake from the oven and place on a wire rack. Whisk 1 cup cream of coconut and 1/2 cup milk together in a small bowl and pour evenly over the warm cake.
