This Air Fryer Corn on the Cob recipe is the best way to cook corn! Juicy sweet corn comes out perfectly crisp and tender with just the slightest, most delicious char on the kernels. This three ingredient recipe is ready in under 20 minutes and is the easiest and tastiest side dish, especially for summer time!
Heat air fryer to 370 degrees. Brush the shucked and cleaned ears of corn liberally with the melted butter on all sides. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add the buttered corn in a single layer.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning the corn halfway through the cooking time. Season with salt and black pepper and pats of more butter to serve.

Notes
Change up the spices: I kept the base for this air fryer corn on the cob recipe pretty simple, but feel free to add some additional spices like chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, or cayenne pepper for a little heat.
Add some different toppings: If you'd like to turn your corn on the cob into mexican street corn, sprinkle your corn with some of the spices I mentioned above. I also LOVE Trader Joe's Mexican Street Corn seasoning and usually sprinkle some of that on my corn. Next, add some mexican crema or sour cream, a sprinkle of cotija cheese, and a squeeze of lime juice to your cooked corn to finish it off.
Store any leftover corn in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
