Ingredients

  • 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Mix together ground turkey, dry ranch dressing mix, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Shape into 4 patties and make an indentation in the middle of each patty.
  • Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper (or use an air fryer liner.) Air fry the turkey patties in a single layer at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, carefully flipping the patties halfway through.
  • Serve on buns and top with cheese and your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Pro Tip! To help your burger patties keep their shape and not puff up during cooking, make a small indentation on the top of each raw patty  before air frying. Your turkey burgers will stay nice and flat with minimal shrinkage!
  • Don't use 99% lean turkey! It will produce dry burgers and no one wants that! Stick with 93% lean ground turkey for  juicy patties.
  • Toppings: We love to eat these delicious turkey burgers on buns (toasted buns are even better!) with all of our favorite toppings. We like cheese, lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, mayo, and ketchup. Avocado and bacon are amazing toppings, too.
  • Serving suggestions: I usually pair some frozen French fries or sweet potato fries with our turkey burgers, and we also love them with my easy Crockpot Baked Beans, Italian Pasta Salad, or Air Fryer Corn on the Cob.
  • Store leftover turkey burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freezer instructions: I love to prep a large batch of turkey burgers to freeze for later. Make your patties as directed then place them  on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the freezer until they are solid. Wrap or stack the patties with pieces of parchment paper in between each one, and store in a freezer safe container or ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw frozen turkey burgers in the fridge before cooking in the air fryer.
