I am obsessed with the little sweet peppers that you can buy in a bag from the store. Every time I make a Costco run, I pick up one of those big bags full of them and use them for all kinds of stuff.
They’re great in salads, sliced up to dip in hummus, chopped for all kinds of dinner recipes, and NOW…. you can stuff them with cheesy bacon goodness, too!

These came out really tasty. It takes some time to clean the peppers and I may have put a bit too much of the cream cheese mixture into the peppers so they were a little messy to eat, but overall were very good and I would make them again.
Plan on making today. Can I use powdered onion on dried chopped onion?
Also, love that I can make the font larger and printed nicely. Thanks.
Hi, I haven’t tried this recipe using powdered or dried onion, so I can’t attest to how the flavor would be. I think it would turn out fine, though. Let us know if you give it a try!
Hi. Can I make the filling the day before & refrigerate overnight?
Yes you can.
This was amazing. I however love garlic so I added an extra teaspoon. I also blended up some jalapeรฑos and added to the mixture.ย
These look delish! I want to make them for a girlfriends lunch. Can they be made with regular size bell pepper wedges? Do they need to bake longer? Thanks!
Yes, you could use regular bell peppers cut down to size. The baking time should remain the same.
This recipe was delicious.ย
Can these be served room temperature or do they not taste that great that way?
They can definitely be served at room temperature. Although I do like them best when they are warm.
Great tasting enjoyed by all
I have made this a million times and its always delicious and always a crowd pleaser. Works with turkey or regular bacon. Great way to use mini peppers! Thanks for sharing!
