I am obsessed with the little sweet peppers that you can buy in a bag from the store. Every time I make a Costco run, I pick up one of those big bags full of them and use them for all kinds of stuff.
They’re great in salads, sliced up to dip in hummus, chopped for all kinds of dinner recipes, and NOW…. you can stuff them with cheesy bacon goodness, too!
These Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Peppers are sooooo good. The filling is made with two kinds of cheese, bacon, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and a little garlic powder.

Hi Tom! Yes that should be fine!
Can I make these a day or two ahead and refrigerate till I’m ready to bake and serve?
This recipe is amazing! I made it with mini sweet peppers and also some bell and jalapeno peppers I needed to use up before they turned. They all turned out delicious. My husband demands an encore. Thank you for sharing!
So glad y’all enjoyed them!
These look amazing! Do you think they would freeze well?

I always buy the bag of mini peppers, too. I’ve never made stuffed peppers, which I think might be a mistake because these look so yummy and delicious!
Has anyone ever made these in bell peppers? Wandering if they would be as good!

Please email the recipe for bacon cheese stuffed mini peppers.
Hi Debbie, I will send it to you. 🙂
Why can’t I bring up the directions for this receipt?
Hi Lori, so sorry for my late response. I’m pregnant and this pregnancy has been very hard. I’m trying to get caught up now! If you’re still having issues, let me know and I can always email it to you. Thank you!
These were excellent! Needed some inspiration to make stuffed mini bell peppers with some flair. Cheese and bacon are my two favorite condiments, so this was right up my alley. Thanks for the recipe. I don’t know if it was the altitude, but 15 minutes was just right for me.
Glad you enjoyed them, Alyssa!
I am like to know more about your recipe.
ok this is a totally novice question…wanting to take these to a potluck…only means of warming or keeping warm is a crockpot ormicrowave….would this be feasible as the potluck would be 4-6 hours after cooking (if timed right 😉 )
I think if you put these in a crockpot and use the warm setting, that might work! When I have any of these leftover I microwave them and they still taste great. They always taste best fresh from the oven though! Enjoy your potluck!
was wondering if you are able to freeze these before cooking them
Hi Michelle, sorry for the late response. Ive been very sick the past week. I’ve never tried freezing these before but I’ve heard of folks freezing the jalapeño version, so I’m sure it would work fine!
Hi Ashlyn, can you use bagged bacon bits? Instead of cooked real bacon?
Hi Lesley, so sorry for the late response. I’ve been pretty sick and have been taking a break. You can definitely use bacon bits!
Made over 100 for a 4th of July potluck, and came home with none! Had to make a small batch the next day because my husband was sad they were all eaten! Wonderful recipe!
Awesome! I am so glad y’all enjoyed these, Theresa!:)
Such perfect little bites!
These were delicious! Made two batches : one with the mini bell peppers and another with jalepenos! My kids and husband devoured them 🙂 Thank You!
Love the idea of using the jalapeños! So glad y’all enjoyed these!
can you freeze these before cooking?
I love your jalepeno idea! I might add seeds and stems to half the cheese mixture so my brother can get the heat he needs the next time I decide to make these.
