I am obsessed with the little sweet peppers that you can buy in a bag from the store. Every time I make a Costco run, I pick up one of those big bags full of them and use them for all kinds of stuff.
They’re great in salads, sliced up to dip in hummus, chopped for all kinds of dinner recipes, and NOW…. you can stuff them with cheesy bacon goodness, too!
These Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Peppers are sooooo good. The filling is made with two kinds of cheese, bacon, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and a little garlic powder.

I’ve made this twice now and it had been BOMB both times! Second time I didn’t have green onions so I used dried chives. Really can’t notice a difference there and that’s fine. I top mine with extra bacon crumble and eat them fresh out of the oven!!!! Thank you for this recipe!
Do you think these would be a good size dish too. I like that it is low carb.

Perfect for a potluck or as a dinner party appetizer. Someone suggested chopped jalapeños. I think I may try that as well! They are even good without baking. (I snuck some as I was preparing!) Thanks for the recipe.
